Answer:Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, known as the Supremacy Clause,

Explanation:The supremacy clause states that the ultimate law of the land rests on the Federal or National Government, when ever their is conflict between the laws of two states or when two states are in dispute the Federal law is used to enforce any required or necessary judgement. This clause also tries to show that the supreme court is the court of final judgement in situations where the cases can not be handled by the state or other courts.
