Answer:Olivia will win the case. The court will rule in her favor on the fact that it will say that they had an implied contract.

    Explanation:

    What Is an Implied Contract?

An implied contract refers to the actions and conduct which legally binds both parties to an agreement it does not require to be proven by written contract or verbal one.

The example is a product warranty when you buy a Television you expect it to play or a fridge to keep the food cold otherwise if these items don't function after you have bought them this means the implied warranty was not fulfilled.

It has the same legal power as all other contracts

    How an Implied Contract Works

This contract state that an individual shall not gain unfairly while the other person suffers as the result of that.

A fair treatment of another person doesn't require a written or verbal agreement.

For example Olivia has offered her service to Desiree and it is expected that Desiree should pay her for her service and the product that she is delivering that is only a fair thing to do it doesn't need to be proven by written agreement.

Someone provide you with their service you are obligated to pay them Desiree is obligated to pay Olivia cause she has delivered the pie to her as usually.
