What does comprehensive insurance cover?

Comprehensive insurance is a type of insurance that covers a owners car. It provides coverage for the events that owner can not control, including, but not limited to, theft, animals involved accidents and fire.

Though its name sounds like this insurance should cover everything, it does not include rental and individual's property theft coverage. Also, roadside assistance is not part of this insurance.
