A study of accountants and engineers completed by Frederick Herzberg resulted in what is known as two-factor theory. Herzberg theorized that there are two types of factors that are responsible for our satisfaction or our dissatisfaction at work, known as motivating factors and hygiene factors. This exercise will challenge your knowledge of Herzberg's two-factor theory.

    Answer: According to Herzberg, by hygiene factors we can determine the dissatisfaction of the employees of a company, such elements would be: salary and benefits, the policy of the company and its organization, relations with co-workers, the physical environment, supervision, occupational safety; while in motivational factors we distinguish aspects such as achievements and their recognition and work independence
