    It was upheld in Re Gault case that due trial is upheld in Juvenile cases along with adult cases.

    Explanation:

    Juveniles acquitted in delinquency proceedings were to be given the same free rights of due trials as are given to adults according to this trial.

    This landmark decision came to be when 15 year old Gerard Gault was taken into custody and then put to trial. The subsequent appeals led to a convulsed court setup where it was called in to question how much juveniles can be able to defend themselves i court.

    This changed the legal system in USA for juvenile crimes.
