    If you agree to be a participant in a research study, you understand that you must be informed of the following

    •the purpose of the research, its expected duration and procedures.

    •You have the right to decline to participate and to withdraw from the research once it has started.

    •You must be aware of anticipated consequences of withdrawing from the research when it has started at any stage especially in drug trials.

    •Must be aware of the benefits of the research to society and possibly to the individual human subject.

    •Have a right to confidentiality
