    According to debating rules, the representative and the senate have different roles. Most of the rules are usually given by the committee on the floor, while the legislators is flexible in the basement because the debate has few limitations, and regulations set are only meant for serving the minority.

    Legislative power branch had the ability to making laws. When the house representatives pass a bill, there will be no power limitation

    The House has a more structured law than the Senate. It is mandated in four instances in the Senate.

    Explanation: In the Senate's Debate, the members can influence the legislation, the Senators can fix the issues in a fast way. The House has power to impeach the government. The Senate has power to do impeachment trials, and serving as a judge.
