Working memory, Explicit memory, effortful processing, context-dependent memory, proactive memory, interference, hippocampus, amygdala

    Explanation:

Working memory is the newer form of STM, that focuses consciously on all aspects audio, visual, etc. It retrieved information from LTM. For example, Jacques pays attention to what the teacher saying and adds word meaning so can reply when the teacher asks the question.

The facts and experience are related to explicit memory that one can know consciously and declare. ex. define words in brief which are depended on explicit memory

Effortful processing: Which require essential efforts for attention. for ex. when Jaques reading pays attention to the word, how words are constructed and used in sentences.

Context-dependent: Put yourself in that situation when you experienced that specific situation. for example, Jaques remembers her Spanish better when she attended her Spanish classroom.

Proactive memory: Destructive effects of prior learning when recalling new information. for ex. Jacques learned Italian before learning Spanish whenever she attends her Spanish class she has interfered with her Italian subjects when recalling Spanish words.

Hippocampus: It is the brain area where new memory has been stored. for ex. Jacques; earning is so active in her language class.

The amygdala is a brain part, plays a role in emotional experiences which affects related memory information.
