What effect did the dynastic cycle have on the Chinese people?

In china the dynasties started ruling the people, the rise and fall of the dynasties are termed as dynastic cycle. The taxes for the people increased so they were not able to pay them. In some old dynasty the people were not protected. The infrastructure of the country was not well maintained and they were allowed to decay.

The people were treated unfairly in this dynasty. When the invaders attacked the city people were not protected. The peasants also started to revolt and the emperor did not maintain the legitimacy.
