De-individuation: This term was given to Leon Festinger in his experiments. It is a process as indicated that a person loses his self-awareness in a crowd. This is a psychological state that described the loss of self-awareness of a person which leads to the anonymity, and dis-inhibition of a person. It is a concept of losing identity in a group. where a person does not see himself as an individual. Then a group, an individual behaves individually better and with self-confidence. It can be observed by the performance of a person. When a person performs in a group where he lost his self-awareness and where he performed with his self-awareness leads a lot of differences in the performances.
