Genghis khan who was called Temujin was the most fierce ruler of Mongols who invaded china, central Asia, most parts of the middle East, and parts of Russia and Eastern Europe.

    Explanation:

Many Mongolian nomadic tribes lived in steppes and they were all brought together through conquests as one nation and under one rule of Genghis khan. Nomadic tribes living in the steppes relied mostly on the Rice fields of China which forms the border of the steppes and hence they invaded china for the constant flow of rice into Mongolia.

China was captured for nearly hundred years under the control of Mongolians but they kept the Chinese people content by allowing them to follow the religious Confucian teachings.
