    That election of members of parliament ought to be free because the violation of the freedom of election of members to serve in parliament is illegal.

    Explanation:

    Like the citizens of the country, the members of the Parliament also have all the rights dispensed by the Constitution of the country. Their right to freedom of election has to be endorsed as its violation can be deemed as the contempt of the Constitution. Moreover, if the right of the members of parliament to free election is taken away, it would be utter injustice to the people who the members of the parliament represent.
