    Explanation:

    Contemplation - this is the stage in which a person start to realise they actual need to make a change and at this stage they actual intends to do so atleast within 6 months. A person starts to realise that their behaviour is actual harmful or it is causing them some serious issues and they start to evaluate all the advantages and disadvantages that will come with the change. A perosn may still however feel ambivalent about this new change they are thinking about.
