    Because it offers an opportunity to those whose cases are not judged correctly and give them a chance for having their cases investigated again.

    Explanation:

    Appellate Courts are the courts where cases are again reviewed that are judged by lower courts. When a person who had been judged the lower courts can still apply to this court for further investigation. They had the right to analyze if the cases judged by the lower courts are correct or not.

    Since, this court gives right to the people to apply their cases it supports the form of democratic government.
