A) The pain sensitivity of every person is affected by the person's experience, surrounding culture, physiology, as well as genes. In the beginning, pain is usually top-down and later changes to bottom-up due to our ability to relate/remember the pain.

B) Issues that the facial expression of people and with time, people tend to understand how to use visual perception to organize things.
