As, some of the anti-federalist considered the central form of government more challenging for the common folk, as the elite class will have much space to breath in terms of legal issues and making development. But, the issues were resolved by agreeing on certain amendments in a more constitutional way. As the people in the South agreed upon the terms to be treated as equal and they were well provided by there rights under the "Frame Work" set by the leaders of the United States of America
