    African National Congress, Congress of Democrats, the South African Congress of Trade Unions, Colored People's Congress and South African Indian Congress came together and formed an alliance known as Congress Alliance. This alliance proposed the rights of equality, equal working hours were proposed, the rights to share the land, etc.
