for us to be able to minimize group harm we must promote Unity and build trust among groups.

when people come together as one entity and they are united then harm can be eliminated from such group as they will all tend to watch each others back.

When we build trust among people in a group then no one will be afraid of harm because of the trust that has been built among the members of the group.
