In China is common to call people of age or people that hold a supervisory position by their business title or Mr/Mrs before their names. Which of Hofstede's dimensions of culture will be addressing this difference in culture?

    There are five dimensions of culture and these are

    Power index Indulge and restraint long vs short term male vs female avoiding uncertianty individual vs a whole

    In PDI persons are made to be separated by power and not on the basis that they can actually perform in their capacity or not. While this makes for a lot of abuse and discrepancy it is common and has been a widely accepted form or control and social behaviour.
