Answer: Ash Grove Cement are not to be held responsible for any of the damages on Darryl Didier body.

Explanation: eCO is a registered company, which has its on HSE rules (Health Safety Environment), the company should be able to ascertain the risk in any job, and provide necessary safety equipment, eCO should be held responsible for it's personnel as their fell to apply a proper safety strategy to a job task. Ash Grove Cement has contracted the company and not Didier, their could have been indebted to Didier if he was a contract staff of the company. Even though Ash Grove Cement supposed to have a public liability insurance on the work site, but it's not still their responsibility to supervise the work site for eCO, who fail to evaluate risk and apply caution before starting a job. eCO should be held fully responsible for it's staff and not Ash Grove Cement, because it is not stated in their agreement, to be an employer of all their staff working at the site.
