    Land absorb more sun radiation than water. let's take an example such as, a boiling water. It take a while for a boiled (hot water) to cool down due to the amount of heat applied to it. it takes till slow amount of time to cool down. land gets heat up due to the sun radiation but if the weather changes, it cools faster than water. Using this explanation, the third statement is the best answer
