Answer:For most Asian people this is regarded as a disrespect for the elders.

Explanation:Asian people live in one big families with all generations present in that one big family.

Elders are highly respected as they are mostly considered to possess a high level of wisdom that they can share from generation to generation.

There is also a belief that when elders die they become ancestors that watches over their family members who are still alive.

When one shows disrespect to their elders they risk being punished by the ancestors so putting an elder at a nursing home is a disrespectful act and it shows a neglect of responsibility from a child who is cultural expected to care for their elders.

When a child is raised in Asian culture they are expected to care for their elders with no excuse or complaints.
