Defie and differentiate Sympathetic vs parasympathetic nervous system

The sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system both part of CNS. sympathetic prepare the body to react to a stressful situation such as fear, anxiety, whereas parasympathetic work during the body at rest. Sympathetic is a fight or flight situation. on the other hand Parasympathetic maintain homeostasis of the body. It works to rest and digest the situation. both are opposite to each other. Heart rate, pulse rate increased during sympathetic but rest in the para sympathetic system. In the sympathetic system, sweating, pupil dilation occurs. para system work when you are at resting and relaxing.
