    1. South saw slavery as an economic issue and there economy was primarily based upon agricultural and slave labour. While NORTH has a growing industry and commercial economy mainly depend on wages labour.

    Distinct of North and South Socially in antebellum era are:

    1. South has a social structure in which their was division in class between land owning, master class, poor white and slaves WHILE in North war was dominated by a wide range of different labouring class.

    Distinct of North and South Cultural in antebellum era are.

    1. South people were attending religious gatherings alot while North people were not.
