    Greater than

    Explanation:

T statistic is a significance testing technique and critical value is like a threshold against which the t statistic is measured for significance and acceptance or rejection of the null hypothesis. In order to reject the null hypothesis, the t statistic must be greater than the critical value of t. For instance, the critical value is 0.975 than we would say that the t statistic needs to be greater than 0.975 in order to reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternate hypothesis.
