The function of the state government is to work hand in hand with the local government to work on some issues and new policies that involves more than one particular place or cities.

The responsibility of the federal government is overseeing the activities or actions between other countries/nations and states. its other role is in the provision in areas like, funding of federal projects, national defense, other concerns within the state can be in, transportation, conservation. and corporate oversight

While working together federal government develops the programs / policies that will be implemented for the betterment of the nation
