When driving in an urban area, it's a good idea to keep your foot on the brakes?

    Yes, it is

    Most of job opportunities in the country would be located in the urban area. Which mean, the number of individuals who would walk around the street would be significantly in larger number compared to less populated area such as the suburbs. Placing your feet on the break reduce the chance of you running over people.
