    The Iroquois sided with the British Empire.

    Explanation:

    The relationship between Native Americans and the people in united states colony were really bad. At that time, many of the natives were afraid that if American colonists manage to took control from the British empire, the native American groups will receive even harsher treatment.

    At that time, the Iroquois basically an alliance of six different native american groups. During the Revolution, four out of that six groups joined forces and fought for the British empire while the Rest Choose to remain neutral. These groups often took the role as the front liner to contain the raid from the colony, especially in western New York and Pennsylvania.
