Why did the struggle for Rich Farmland affect the colonies of Virginia

    Let alone the fact that the possession of land or property has always been the trigger to many issues all along the different periods of history, it was also a requirement during that time for men to own land in order to have the right to vote. Without land, people had to work for other farmers or migrate to inner territories to find land.
