Did Karl max believe that the poor deserve to be on the bottom of the food chain

    Marx's ideas have been thought of as responsible for socialist revolutions (like the Russian Revolution). Marx's most popular theory was his 'materialism'. He believed that religion, morality, social structures and other things are all rooted in economics. In his later life he was more tolerant of religion.

    I doubt it, because Marxism is the basis of what is now known as Communism. They're political ideologies that mainly focus on erasing all social hierarchies, so a person who is poor is equal to a person who is rich (well, technically there would be no poor or rich people because everyone would have the same income). So, no, Marx would not believe anyone deserves to be at the bottom because that was not his way of thinking.
