    In legal sectors, there are various laws and acts which determines the directions in which a lawsuit would be heading to. In the case of strict liability lawsuit as a resul of an abnormally dangerous activity, the defendent must pay for his consequences regardless of whether he was negligent or intended (the consequences of his actions).

    For example, if Mr A employed Mr B to paint his house for a party (5,000 dollars) he would be hosting in 5 days time. an agreement was reached that the house and work should be finished on the 3rd day that failure to do that would amount to Mr B paying 50,000 dollars.

    For the fact that Mr B failed in his action to deliever the job, he must pay for his consequence as agreed earlier whether the faliure is as a result of unforseen circumstances of due to his own negligence.
