    Answer: A) stimulus generalization

Explanation: stimulus generalization is the likeliness or tendency to react or respond in thesame manner to different but similar stimuli.

stimulus generalization tends to happen in both operant and classical conditioning events.

For example a cat is taught to flip over when it hear a loud tone, it's likely that the same cat will flip over when it hears that same tone even if it's not loud.

This is a good illustration of stimulus generalization.

    Answer: stimulus generalization

Explanation: Stimulus generalization is the time when the condition arises any matter that reacts to the stimulus action in the same way they react toward the similar stimuli but not in identical manner. They do not have a different tendency reaction towards the stimulus. This functioning usually arises at the time of the conditioning mechanism.
