    The high food prices do not allow people to go and buy food, so they end up malnourished. This is because resources, such as food, are low because the environment to live there is very rugged and cold. Crops don't grow well there. Without enough to eat, the country cannot begin to focus on economics. First comes food, then solving all other problems
