    The supreme court are basically the final decision maker in terms of all cases and its justices are not pressurized by the opinion of the public as, the people does not have the rights to elect them. The legislative and executive branch are balanced and managed the judiciary in several ways. Basically, the supreme court justice are willing for taking the cases which are controversial.
