    D. leaders hire people who think and work alike.

    Explanation:

Teamwork, empowerment and diversity can only be achieved if leaders hire people that work and think alike.

Gathering a group of people who think and work alike will greatly increase team work because they are all united in achieving a particular goal. People who think and act alike will always work well together as log as their objectives are similar.

Empowerment and diversity can also be achieved by hiring these set of people who think and work alike because it empowers them in the instance that they are working for a singular objective.

Diversity is also achieved because people that think and act alike are not restricted to a particular gender, ethnic group, nationality, skin color, etc. They are different people from different places but the similar thing about them is their like mindedness.
