    The answer is A.

    These are the rights that every citizen can expect to have. Any misuse of these amendments is a very serious offense. There are 27 amendments, but not all of them are above individual rights. Some have to do with voting rights. 13, 14 and 19. I am particularly fond of the 19th Amendment. That gives women the right to vote. It was about time.
