According to Maslow, what needs must be satisfied before an individual will become concerned about the satisfaction of social needs on the job?

    Answer: Physiological, safety needs and belonging or love needs

    Explanation: Before beginning to meet the needs of satisfaction of social needs on the job, everyone according to Maslow should start from the lowest level of satisfaction of needs given in his hierarchy or pyramid of needs.

    Thus, first comes with meeting physiological needs for food, water, sleep, etc. Then there are the safety needs that include fearlessness, stability, order, law, etc. After that the need for belonging, which can be a family, but it can be any other relationship, friendship, lover, etc. Only after that comes the aforementioned needs for proof, success, accomplishments at work, as satisfaction of social needs on the job.
