Think of a behavior that you have that you would like to change. How could you use behavior modification, specifically positive reinforcement, to change your behavior? What is your positive reinforcer?

    I would like to stop snacking

    Explanation:

    I would like to stop snacking altogether and only eat three nutritious meals a day. I'm slightly overweight and I know that all the products I buy for snacking are unhealthy, full of sodium and deficient in nutrients.

    My positive reinforcement is this one: If I stop snacking, I will become slimmer and healthier and my body and mind will benefit from it. My behavior modification started with my change of diet, I now try to increase the amount of food I consume during each meal so that I'm not hungry during the day and temped to snack.
