Why would the right to privacy implied in the Ninth Amendment not protect an individual writing a blog?

The right to privacy implied in the Ninth Amendment would not protect an individual writing a blog because the information is freely given to others. The right to privacy, although not literally addressed in the Constitution of the United States, is protected via some of the Amendments to the Constitution.
