    Answer:C is not true

    Explanation:

    Even though the rate of mortality is high in African countries however the birth rate still remains high due to the lack of proper education to some parts of these countries and also due to some cultural beliefs that still exist such as women still not allowed to work in some part of these countries and girls are married to particular families at a young age as part of some cultural beliefs or rituals.

    More people die due to AIDS but more children are born at the same time so the number of people is not drastically affected by these deaths.
