    The conditions in Paris before the French Revolution was Chaotic.

    Parisians saw the end of reign of King Louis XVI. Even though the king had distrusted Paris, he wanted Paris to be a monument that represented his glory as king. In order to do so, he invested millions in ceremonial arches, boulevards, expensive monuments and several new churches. In Paris; however, the situation prior to the French Revolution was chaotic because they were dealing with natural disasters, bad harvests followed by famine, and economic hardship.
