North Ohio is in the humid continental zone and is rather temperate

Regions of North East Ohio, Ohio or Bedford all lie on the continental humid belt which means that they have some amount of humidity all around the year that would make it so that they are not that cold all over the year and neither can they be too warm.

The temperature there thus is rather temperate.
