    Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Kuwait

    Each of these countries have seasonal wadis, which are riverbeds that once ran freely but are now seasonly dry but do not have any permanent rivers.

    So, no one country in the Middle East lacks rivers. Instead a number have seasonal wadis.
