Bullying is the act of conciously and persistently seeking others who are perceived as weaker, to bother them and cause them harm. Bullies, as described in several research studies, simply do this in order to feel powerful, in control, and they have a tendency to show a lack of acceptable social behavior. They simply do not believe that what they are doing is wrong, and they act almost like predators seeking the weaker people. As soon as they find them, the bullying will start. However, what most shocks researchers on the subject is that when a bully is confronted with his/her behavior, he/she does not display any form of conflict towards it, or any remorse whatsoever. This is why the best option would be the second sentence.
