    The freedom of the press protects writers and the press from any form of governmental influence, meaning that it can not interfere with providing and distributing information to people.

    The freedom of speech means no governmental restriction on written content, no discrimination of writers or speakers, no punishment for articles written contra the government. There are however, several restriction to the freedom of speech right, mainly in the areas of national security, child protection and slender.
