    Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is a government agency that regulates and supports civil rights laws and prohibited to discriminate against an employee because of person's age, color, origin, religion, sex, disability, pregnancy and race. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is the system that emphasizes employers must have equal opportunities for employment based on their merit and without any fear of discrimination. EEOC policies make a safe workplace for all workers.
