    B is the correct answer.

Social inequality is one of those hard problems where one has to compare an apple with a kiwi.

Both are fruit and both have problems, but how do you use the same language and metrics to compare two very different fruits?

The issue is that what might be a problem for the Kiwi might be normal for the Apple, or not problematic.

    b. social inequality is relative and therefore, difficult to compare across cultures.

    Explanation:

The concept of social insecurity occurs when the society is distributed unequally or unevenly through the norms of allocation of resources and endangered species patterns across the norms that define the preference to access to social goods like the power, religion, kinship, the race, the ethnicity, gender, age, and class, etc. Also linked to the economic and political insecurity. Hence the resource distribution is based o the merits that some societies show over the geographical locations. Being classified as a stratified society thee issues are also related to the treatment and inequality among members. A major example can be a gender gap and the health, income gaps that lead to the formation of global social inequality.
