Anger damages self and other's wisdom. Elaborate with a story.

    Well it damages yourself becuase when someone gets angry they tend to be more emotional, which can lead to them punching a wall, throwing pillows, punching others. And it can hurt others wisdom because anything an angry person says is probably going to be out of emotion rather than cold hard facts.
