The constitutional right to have access to the internet

    Explanation:

The amendments to the U. S. Constitution reflect the needs of its citizens. There are a number of issues that are under public scrutiny for ages and subjects to many political debates: the right to have a legal abortion, the right to an universal health care or the ban of domestic use of fire arms.

The next amendment should guarantee all citizens access to the internet, access meaning providing a secure paying service. Many people today feel excluded or left out of society because their live in rural, remote areas where internet is very slow or even non-existent. They can not participate in online banking, online shopping or online entertaining. Their social life suffers and they are denied access to many services online. In order to crate a more equal society, this amendment should be proposed.
