    When your body is malnourished you will feel a lack of energy (fatigue) and probably low blood pressure. Eat meat because it has lots of healthy stuff but if you don't like meat just have eggs or milk instead (if you are against dairy products try soy milk almond milk cashew milk etc), obviously eat fruits and vegetables and whole wheat bread (if you are weary about bread try one that's made from nahut flour) and drink lots of water. I used to drink 5 l a day but you can drink less if you want to. The healthy dose is 1,5 liters minimum. Oh, and you can eat sugary sweets of course, but just don't go overboard with them. Hope you're inspired to live healthily!
